Hello again dear reader,

In recent articles we have discussed how to find happiness in the little things, that occurring everyday life. We have also recently discussed the meaning of honor. These two topics have made me think about; not only what it means to be human. (at least my own personal understanding of what it means to be human) I Started to think about why some people have no trouble conducting themselves with honor and finding happiness in the little things in everyday life. After thinking about it, for a little while, I realized it's because certain people are comfortable in their skin. When a person, dear reader, is comfortable in their skin; They are generally happier than individuals who are still trying to find their identity or become comfortable in their skin. In a 1971 television interview, Bruce Lee said, “All knowledge, is self-knowledge.” In the interview he stated that if you understand yourself, truly and completely, then you can apply anything you learn, whether it be academic knowledge or a physical skill to your daily life and make it practically useful.
