 Hello again dear reader,


I recently had someone ask me” how do you manage to stay so positive all the time?” I'm pretty sure they were asking this question, because of my rather obvious physical disability;I think what they really wanted to know was how do I manage to stay so positive, when I have to deal with a severe physical disability every day?  The truth is, dear reader, some days it is rather difficult to stay positive. However, I have learned over My 40 years of existence in this universe we call home, then I can't control everything (Obviously even less than enabled body person. At least not without physical assistance.)  However, over the years, I have discovered that, if one can take pleasure in the small things that occur in everyday life. Then it is easier to  approach every day with a positive mindset and project that positivity out into the world and all the people you meet. So, hopefully dear reader, by the time you finish this article, you will have a more in-depth understanding of how to find happiness in the small everyday things. At least I hope so, I am by no means A Zen Master, but hopefully these tips will help you, dear reader.
